Working on r16. Lots of little corrections and re-wording. I'll put in Projects once completed.

About halfway through edits.
I noticed when I first looked at the PDF, while the filename is correct, in Acrobat it was called the Basic Fantasy Field Guide. In LibreOffice, I looked at the document properties > description > title, and sure enough it was called that. I've updated it on r16, but we'll likely need to keep an eye out on other documents to make sure it matches correctly.

r16 put into Projects.
The only issue I see is that the page style didn't change from New Monsters to Maps, so their page headers are the same text; I noticed the former on the map pages, and when changed it did the same on the header on the New Monsters page.
