I just designed this for my own players and thought I'd share. The artwork is either by me or from the ICRPG Free Fantasy Clipart pack available on DriveThruRPG.

(BTW, I realize I have "spell slots" and 7-9th level spells listed. We're doing a hybrid BF/D&D game)
