These are proposed updates. I wasn't sure if folks would think the cleric table would be too much or unnecessary. If yes then 3 just fixes some formatting. If no, then 4 includes updated formatting as well as the cleric tables. I'm just awaiting feedback. It's ultimately up to Solo I think, since he's the kap'm

Actually, I'm waiting for you guys to decide which you want to put out there. Whatever you decide, I'll post.
teaman, for the record, nobody can post on the Downloads page but me. However, as an author who has materials on the Downloads page, you are eligible for Showcase access. So I've activated it for you.

Thanks Solo. Anyone opposed to the cleric/turn tables?

Thanks. If teaman is good with it too, then perhaps we roll with it?

I'm fine with seandon's revisions. Should I email the file to Chris, or can he just do it from the site?
Or am I able to post the revisions? Just not sure, please advise.
Thanks.

Forgive me for being dense. Can someone help me understand why the saving throw values are different between classes of the same race? If it's a dwarf and assuming the same ability scores, why the different saving throw values?

For fear that I might be overlooking something, I would welcome my peers to chime in... -- as it's been quite some time since I've look at these charts myself. But basically, in BFRPG saving throws base value start at the class specification. See "Saving Throws Tables by Class" under "The Encounter". They are then modified by race. So in the case of a Dwarf Cleric, the Cleric's Death Ray or Poison starts at 11 and goes down as he/she levels up. Then in the race section "Dwarves save at +4 vs. Death Ray or Poison", which brings them from 11 down to 7 at level 1. Whereas, a Dwarf Fighter is going to be one point higher per the Fighter Saving Throw table.

Saving throws are class-based, that is why a thief and a fighter have different saving throw values, on top of that demihumans have their saving throw bonuses applied directly on those values (as a reduction, as lower values are better).
