r9 put into projects. Added the artwork posted since r8. Also corrected the document's title (in properties).
Still need this artwork put in (already in \Projects\Art\MWByouk (Zoltors Inkwell) Art\CS2), likely on a page before the maps (in a solid-black border or such).
