The Trader.
Oops, just realized I left the stair in for the second floor, but since the book did not describe one I left it off.

I know I'm not the only one saving each and every one of these.

And to at least marginally add to the discussion: Cots would probably not be placed blocking the windows in the guard towers, since they'd be a hinderance to moving around. Then again, it would make sense if they're just more like bed rolls than proper beds. And of course, if the place has been fairly peaceful for a while, it stands to reason the guards would get lazy and complacent.

Just something that stood out to me.

Kinda like potato chips....Take all you want I will make more.

The cot placement is as per the book. I get what you are saying but my hands are tied given the description. The b/w maps are an attempt to replicate the descriptions in the actual book "Morgansfort".
For instance; Morgansfort pg 9 says, "2. Southeast Tower: The two exterior walls of this room are lined with bunks. There are enough bunks for 9 men...."

So with double bunks you only need 4 depicted. Unless by 'enough bunks for 9 men..." he actually meant that there were 9 men total in the tower. with 3 on 6 off, or 6 on 3 off...I don't know. So if that is the case then really you only need 2 (for 3 off to sleep) of 3 (for 6 off to sleep).

I will probably redo the arrow slits to make it 2 per wall and see if I can refit the bunks. I also found that the scale of the furniture is off a bit. The chairs are about 1'8" wide, when really then can go with 1'5" (artistic license is that they had smaller butts in basic vs advanced games....), so this also means the bunks can get scaled down just a tad as well and still work.

Insert cellars and second floors as you see fit.

Remember the stable will have a loft covering perhaps 2/3 of the available space.
