Here is a handrawn map for this adventure (if we ignore the correction and combining work in Gimp).
As usual let me know if you find any mistakes I should correct.

I didn't put in the map that Borgar submitted, but I did do a proofing pass. Here is what I did:
Put in non-breaking spaces and removed manual line breaks from Stat blocks were needed.
Page 3 – Kyros – Stat block
Added ‘Sv M3’ since he is a 3rd level Magic User
Page 4 – Accolytes – Stat block
Added ‘Sv M1’ since they are 1st level Magic Users
Page 4 – Jevrem – Stat block
Added ‘Sv C4’ since he is a 4th level Cleric
I'll add R7 to the first post and put a copy in the Dropbox folder.

Also wanted to note some things that DM Parseth may want to comment on:
What spells does Kyros have available? (Should be 2 Level 1 spell and 1 Level 2 spell.) Currently there are non listed. The apprentices and Jevrem have spells prepared.
The ‘Entrance’ and Room 15 are not on the Map. I know that the Entrance is at the top and that 15 is at the bottom, but wanted to note this for completeness.

Al, note that in the Style Guide that NPCs or such that have "[Name/title], [race] [class] [level #]" at the beginning of the stat-block don't need the "Sv xx" portion later on, as it's redundant.

Just read through this and really enjoyed it. A short-and-sweet little dungeon crawl! I'd love to contribute some artwork. If nobody else was working on them, I was thinking of doing the cult's skull symbol and maybe an illustration of the head-cleric in the Sanctum of Evil with the skeletons and zombie.
Also, if GM Parseth has any input on how the characters or symbol or anything should look let me know.

For the map, let's decide what it should look like, so that borgar has a chance to update his map image for the next release.
