Sometime when I have the energy, I'll think about it.
No worries... just an inconsistency/errata that I came across.

Under the monster section, is it suppose to be "Snake, Sea Snake"? Maybe it is just me but the double snake doesn't sound right. Shouldn't it be "Snake, Small Sea" or something like that? Just curious.

I have a question about combat: Can a combatant attack and then move?
On p. 44 it says:
Each character or creature involved in combat may move, if desired, up to its encounter movement distance, and then attack, if any opponent is in range, when its Initiative number comes up. After attacking, a character or creature may not move again until the next round.
It sounds like, once an attack is made, the combatant's actions are over for the round, even if he hasn't moved yet, but the "again" in "may not move again" makes me think you
might have meant combatants can both move and attack in a round, regardless of the order of the two actions. What's intended here?

As I understand it, the process of attacking concludes a combatant's turn. A combatant may not launch his/her attacks (and seeing the results of the attacks) and then decide to move.
The 'again' you mention, means that the combatant may not move using part of his/her move rate, attack, then resume the movement.
Either way, when the combatant decides to attack, his movement options are done for the turn.
Of course, this is my own interpretation of what you have referenced... others may have interpreted differently.

Your interpretation is accurate, Mr. Smoot. I have tried an alternative rule allowing movement and attacking to be split up differently, but that's just an experiment.
And yeah, probably I should have named the Sea Snake differently. Not exactly an errata though.

Ah, I see. I didn't think of splitting up the movement. Thanks, guys.

Orcs are on my mind these days, so I'm wondering if the orc on p. 98 of the core rules should have both an armored and unarmored movement rate listed. All the other humanoids I checked do, but not the orc or the minotaur.
Also, for monsters like the above who wear armor, it would be useful to have what kind of armor they are wearing listed. I guess it can be reasoned out: orcs have AC 14 (11), so I assume leather and a shield?
A quick survey:
Goblins give the armor, but hobgoblins, kobolds, lizard men, minotaurs, ogres, and urgoblins don't.
Is there an errata page for release 75?

Not yet. Perhaps a thread is needed...
Go here:

and post your errata. Thanks!

My bad on the orc armor - the core rules say they wear a mix of armor. So, some of this and some of that give an AC of 14. Still, movement should be listed for both armored and unarmored. I'll put this in errata.

Do the core rules specify how much time is required for a magic-user to memorize spells each day? I don't see it on p. 15-16 or in the Read Languages description.
