Both templates updated for 2021.
I also verified that in the adventure template that in the document properties that the title field was blank. I've noticed on a few recent submissions that field is filled out with a different/mis-matching title. That's due to editing an existing odt file.
So, if not using these blank templates, be sure to check: File > Properties > Description Tab > Title.
