Both templates updated for 2020.

Both templates updated; track changes was enabled for some reason.

Both templates updated for 2021.
I also verified that in the adventure template that in the document properties that the title field was blank. I've noticed on a few recent submissions that field is filled out with a different/mis-matching title. That's due to editing an existing odt file.
So, if not using these blank templates, be sure to check: File > Properties > Description Tab > Title.

The Templates linked under the 1st post in this topic are the most recent updates to these, even if it says "R5" on the link, correct?

Correct; the r5 simply means it's been updated and re-uploaded 5 times (so far).
Some documents may be at r2 (or even r1), while others can be far above that (the Core Rules, for example, are currently at r107!).
In this (and most threads), the most current release will be in the first post of the thread.

Adventure template r13 uploaded to first post; fixed a couple headers

Just updated the Adventure Template to correct some page style issues that have been annoying me. The page style names have changed, but a note has been added to the Introduction explaining the changes.

May want to look at these and update the years to 2022.
