Norker
The original was AC 3, which is the mean feature of the creature.
This one is AC14. I believe the right conversion should be AC17.
Is that worth a * to boost the XP to 37. I would lean that way.

Well in my circles devil=pitchfork. Cultural references are far from universal. It's all good.
For the straw golem, I was thinking maybe a rake, a pitchfork, a peasant's flail or some other discarded tool for 1d4 damage. Basically, whatever goes on a scarecrow. Maybe add a line about that and or by weapon type?

No, a good armor class is not an asterisk; it would have to be better than that to qualify.

The Devil, himself, traditionally is armed with a trident. Calling it a "pitchfork" is a relatively recent thing, the result of tridents becoming decidedly less common (thank goodness) and people not knowing any other name for a three-tined weapon. Yeah, maybe it's a common usage, but I know it's wrong, and I don't like that.

Hmm. I can see that. In that case, I'd prefer to use one attack for 1d6 points of damage. I like the overall look, just need to update the description.

Octobat
It says it won't entangle a larger opponent, but I have no sense of the size of the octobat.
That should probably have been in the description. It's HD8, same as a giant octopus.
So maybe 9 to 12 feet across with 10 feet long tentacles?

Octopeople
It's HD8, so the XP value should be 875 rather than 1000.

Owlwolf
XP should be 145 instead of 175.
No. Appearing could use Lair value. Let say 2d6+2 to account for females and owletcubs.

Paper Tiger
XP should be 735 instead of 635.

XP should be 1300 instead of 2000.

Rabbit Snake
No. of attack is 1 spit + 1 bite, but from the description is sounds like it should be 1 spit or 1 bite + poison.
Damage is 1d4. Is that for the bite, the acid spit or both?
With acid spit and deadly poison it's probably worth at least 1 *, maybe 2.
XP is given at 150, but with 1 * it would be 100 and with 2 it would be 125.
No Appearing is 1d4 +3, but the description makes no mention of attacking in pit (or colony?).
Maybe change to No Appearing 1, Lair 1d4+3.
