We've gotten some great artwork lately for this! 8-) Beside a few stat-block fixes I noted, I think the following is the only thing text-wise since the last release that needs to be looked over, although it looks like it's more of something to fix in FG1?
Solomoriah wrote: Mon Jul 06, 2020 9:18 am Having now reviewed both, I think my text for the Lesser Shambling Mound is a bit better. Also, I like the engulfing ability better than the constrict ability described for the regular monster in FG1.

Hmm.
Once that is followed up, I or Solo can incorporate the artwork posted since the last release to get the next release ready (I'll of course do another stat-block review for all entries). Note that this will take awhile, so artists please keep submitting new illustrations as you feel up to!

Wonderful and so evocative! Reminds me of great line art from scifi magazines. Outstanding!

Thank you Teaman. I found that I can do these a little faster by doing them in ink.

I can work faster traditionally than with digital as well. Though some folks are skilled enough to do the opposite.

I try to not do simple posts like this, but, wow, you do great work! This last one is amazing! I don't even remember what that last monster is (I'll look it up later), but it is very foreboding and beautiful at the same time. Very impressive!

Thank you for the kind words. It's great to know that I was able to capture the atmosphere I was trying to achieve. This site has a lot of great artists and I'm glad to be among them. Comments like yours keep artists motivated. Thanks again.

Absolutely agree, the shading/inking is some of the most evocative I've seen!
