I need to make a pass through this one; there are many minor formatting glitches that don't "need" to be fixed but which will drive me nuts if they aren't. So we're not quite to the print release stage.

I'll probably have to e-mail a finished udate. There are too many little changes to list them and at least two places where I made mistakes that need to be fixed.
