Indeed, I can always use somebody to point out all my errors and mishaps.

First post has new pdf draft including new artwork from Shonuff and a few new entries... now up to 58 pages of monster goodness.

Looks fantastic. Love the new art!

Just a couple of things I noticed - Cadaver is missing XP - should be 500 XP. Also, Mohrg, Phase Spider, and Will-o'-wisp are all missing the comma.
The problem with doing something really stupid to impress people is that they may just be impressed by how stupid you really are.

All fixed for next time.

Everyone should take a look at the odt file where comments are included that give credit. If I have any credits wrong, omitted, or multiple names for collaborative credit on an entry are needed, please let me know. Many entries are blank, likely for SRD creatures, but they may have been worked on by some people who should get credit for the effort. If you did work, please let me know so you get some mention.

yes, damn thing about LibreOffice and pdf generation... does wonky things sometimes when doing the procedure. Seems like every time I tweak something, something else gets gummed up, especially around image parts.

I am thinking that at some point, when I have an essentially ready copy, I am going to drop all artwork and re-insert them from scratch right before pdf generation... basically get my draft ready with loads of white space then drop in art.

Of particular frustration right now is that if I work with an image to have words wrap to contours... it looks great in the ODT, but the PDF does not work and the image white space overlaps the text. I would like to do more interesting stuff with the text/art flow, but this is really starting to piss me off.

The pdf creation stuff just seems to lack the ability to do this properly, despite giving the impression that it will work while in the odt file. Perhaps I need to update LibreOffice? seems I have not done that in some time and the icon shows an update.

if you'd like help... i can recut and save all the images with a gif and make the surrounding white transparent, so when you do contour the art with text, the text wouldn't be hidden.

it should work. want to test it with a gif with transparent background?
