Really you should try and incorporate the weaknesses of Dragons into the class itself,However,This May prove difficult...Maybe this class would be devoted,And wear scale armour of an AC between 14-17,But a Critical would deal Triple Damage(Would go underneath The scales, a sort of instant-Impaling)or maybe,It could share the fact that Dragon's have a soft underbelly...?(Don't...-.-)An Achilles heel of sorts,An altogether powerful Class,But with a serious weakness to Magic,To Crits or to certain terrain...But ultimately it relies on how Realistic you want the class to be,As a priest it wouldn't be too offensive,But again,Is the class meant to rely on the Dragon's Attributes?

Their only weakness is loot
None of the things above applies to dragons in BFRPG if I'm not mistake.

If he is a cleric that prays to a dragon and receives magic in his behalf then I would go with:

Normal Cleric:
+ use of all weapon
+ limited to dragon scale like armor.
+ cast a combo of magic and clerical spells.
+ can't turn undead but can calm and befriend dragon-like monsters and animals
+ gains ST bonus against the damage type of the dragon's breath
+ must give gold or loot or some valuable to the dragon

Fights and saves as clerics with the above bonus.
d6 for HD.
WIS and CHA as requisites. It represents spirit force and faith and the charm necessary to be notice by a dragon and not be chomped.
Free language: Draconic.

OK then, that wasn't really a weakness per say. I just convinced it to spare our puny mortal lives by talking it to sleep with my excessively long backstory.

Dimirag, I really like that idea :)

I have decided that the call will be predominantly a magic class and be proficient in staffs however they can only ware scale mail that can be upgraded with dragon scales when found and if the player has a suitable means of attaching them.

As Dimirag suggested, I have decided that they will be a sort of magic user cleric that has largely dragon based spells. They follow the same spells per day progression as the cleric ( 1 extra spd every 3 levels up to level 11) They also follow the same idea that they know all of their spells for their level however instead of praying at the start of each day for they spells that they desire for that day they must perform a small draconic ritual . They must also do A larger scale ritual once a week to keep their 'dragoney' abilities and they must give an offering of gold or expensive jewelry to a dragon of their chosen abilities once a month.

I will post a little later today with the first draft of the spells that this class will have access to . I f you have any suggestions or improvements, as usual, drop a message into the thread.
