Here's an updated R5 with a few tweaks. Notably, somehow the paragraph formatting got set to 0.02" indent on the left; no idea how that happened. I tweaked the Monk table a bit, but I don't really have suggestions as to the levels for the various abilities.

Smoot: either you'll need to replace r4 on your Showcase entry with r5, or you'll need to delete your Showcase entry and we'll attach r5 onto the first post.

Solo: this needs (at least temporarily) to be removed from the Downloads page (unless r5 is good enough for it?).

I think it would be suitable for Downloads page so long as the Monk entry is removed. I never got that portion really finished. Mostly usable, but needs a little work for parts.

Monk Quasi-Class can be spun into its own Supplement, or rerouted to simply a workshop topic.
Is it really the end, not some crazy dream?

Or can be the start of a QC3 supplement ;) ;)

My thoughts as well.

Requests don't usually get much results. But, if you write up something you want to see... you will usually get a lot of quality input and commentary.

So, let’s start you on this journey! I’d advise, taking a class you think would fit best for this and begin your work on reshaping it to this Tinker concept. Do you want this class to be able to create magical items? Inventions? Armor and weaponry? You will be able to make the best class for your vision :) we will help along the way of course, but the core concept has to come from you :)
Creativity is just a single letter away.

Inventions is my concept. looking at. Advanced D&D books it seemed very complex with complexity scores and also having a -5 to all inventions. i want a balanced character that can create cool inventions. i was thinking of using the thief class as the base class.

When doing QC don't think on a subclass, as QC should work with several classes, just focus on what extras bring the QC to the main class and work from there, keeping it simple or "Basic" may be the hardest part.
Using some skill percentage could be an option, with skills like Analyze, Research/Design, Construct, and Repair.
Then you would either create some selectable items or give rules for their creation (I would go with the former, treating creations like spells in gaming data)
