&Pain - a companion expansion for Basic Fantasy
I just uploaded &Pain to the showcase.
https://www.basicfantasy.org/showcase.cgi?sid=50
It is a supplement that introduces pain as a game concept, and re-interprets hit points based on my Hit Points as Currency house rule (The Tiny Hit Point Companion))
ODT, and PDF files are ready for download.
Feel free to test, tweak, give feedback, and ask questions.
If I missed anything, let me know.
Take care!

Re: &Pain - a companion expansion for Basic Fantasy
I changed some details, and added alternative pain thresholds for creatures & characters with more hit dice.

After some more playtests...
here is &Pain R4.
https://www.basicfantasy.org/showcase.cgi?sid=50
Changes:
+Some editing of the text.
+Added GM's optional rules for monsters, and npcs; I find these helpful as a GM, and therefore included them here.
+Abbreviations for the three pain thresholds (IT/UT/DT)
+Changed penalties for morale checks, initiative, and movement rates.
+Added tables for penalties for morale checks, initiative, and movement rates.

Health Status & Pain: correct "wether" to "whether"
Pain Status: correct both instances to "separately"
Attack Roll: correct to "separately"
Duration of Pain: correct to "temporary"
Healing, Rest & Pain: correct both instances to "whether"
If the dice image wasn't drawn by you, you need to add its credit

Thanks a lot, chiisu81!
Mistakes are now corrected. Dice were drawn by me.
Did you playtest the rules, yet?

Minor updates for R5.
Added rules for sneak attacks and pain.
I took some of the supplements out of the playtest phase. Feedback on game experience with those supplements is still welcome.

Why the ST vs Pain is made by the attacker? I know it makes things faster but that should be rolled by the victim as with any other ST.
The Initiative, Movement and Morale tables should give first the pain status and then its corresponding effect.
The final table looks really weird.

Hi Dimirag,
I really appreciate your feedback!
This Tiny Companion series is a set of house rules that I use with my group, and it's in the showcase to reflect our vision of the game.
If you want to separate the dice rolls, then do so. We prefer the speedier approach most of the time.
I'm more comfortable with the modifier in the tables being given first. But I'll swap it around sometime and compare the effect it has on me.
The last table is an example of how to keep track of hit points and pain status. It looks weird. The explanation is in the text above the table. We usually use glass tokens to keep track of the pain status and scrap paper for hit points.

Re: &Pain - a companion expansion for Basic Fantasy
I updated the text. &Pain is at r6 now. This thing keeps evolving, and I hope it won't turn into a monster.
One of my questions is, whether damage ought to be subtracted from a target's hit points or pain status first. It might not matter much, if the players can decide to swap the damage, anyway. Yet, it feels different.
Anyway, there is a tiny stat sheet to go with the supplement, which should keeping track of things such as modifiers easy enough.

And, you're right Dimirag. I need to change the initiative and movement tables. I just looked at them, again.
