I like it, I'm glad this idea is working out so well.

I have a few ideas for the next part, which is the country Sandyshore is located in. But we will save that for its appropriate time.

The old sailor: Popeye looking guy, nobody knows its name but he knows it all of what happens there, he can give some info... at a high and weird price.

The Mayor: Tiny fellow, huge belly, always smiling. He's constantly walking the hamlet talking with everyone.

The Lady in Red: Owner of a "house for entertainment and pleasure", she, her girls and boys are actually one of the strongest spy guild on town.

If you guys want to contribute more NPC ideas, the number 10 is no hard or fast limit! Indeed one of the core principles of this world is its vast (eventually) and colorful cast of NPCS.

A quite high intelligent street dog, kind of skinny. It actually is a cursed wizard trying to undo the curse

The ruling body of the kingdom are demon worshippers and have to keep it a secret because the local church is actively hunting demon worshippers.

A beautiful maiden is found walking out of the surf naked who claims to be a sea nymph. She has the ability to control the sea and creatures in the sea. In reality, it is an old hag that is using magical items and spells to fool the town. She claims that unless they give her (name whatever) she is going to cause the sea to pull away (Unknown to the populous, the tide is going to retreat far greater than in current memory due to the alignment of the planets). She will then claim that what was given to her was not proper/enough/etc she is going to flood the town at the end of the day (this is the tide returning but in a manner similar to a tsunami).

Many cats are seen watching the players all over town, no matter where they go. (Those cats are under control of a mage that has a grudge against the group / spying on the group / or is being paid to do it.)

The Harbour Master - He controls all traffic in and out of Sandyshore and nothing passes through the harbour without his knowledge. He is not above accepting the occasional bribe and has a working relationship with all the thieves/smugglers guilds in the surrounding area. If the price is right he can get anything in, or out, for you. He is also a fount of information, if you get him drunk enough.

The man under the water: Somewhere along the cost, on a rather unpopulated are there's the voice of someone asking for help. The voice comes from a strange machine that has tubes going into the water. There's a man underwater, he's asking that somebody refills the machine's fuel supply so he can end his research, he is offering a really good reward.

Dooley the Hat. A local commoner, presumably a laborer of some sort, but you never actually see him, er, labor. But he always has enough money to buy a round, and is even happier if someone else is buying. He's got an ear for rumors. May or may not be working for a guild of acquisitioners.

He's got a really nice hat.

He could be a quest-giver, trouble-maker, spy, barfight opponent, or simple colorful background character.

Alright I was going to move onto details of the country next, but I think Sandyshore needs a bit more love. So without further ado...

Name an establishment that can be found in Sandyshore, including its proprietor and any secrets.

We already had one or two in the NPC portion, if you want to expand on those be my guest. Also note that even though Sandyshore is a small town it can have multiple Inns/Taverns as its a hub of trade in the region and plays host to many merchants/sailors/travelers.
