"Eyes are up there, lad. Keiler Stoutaxe, at yer service. Now, who might this fine lout be?" Keiler adds, nudging their newfound prisoner.

"Miranda Gooseworth, nice to meet... well, most of you anyway." Observing the woman more shows she seems somewhat sickly. "I-i-if you don't mind me asking, what were you doing out there last night?"

Pero speaks up, "We are with the Zodiac company. It is our task to chart star formations at various times and locations tu better understand the astrological properties of the stars on our fates. Our work keeps us out at all hours of the night and in many odd locations.

"Might I ask what you were doing out there?"

Thaddeus had begun to tell the story of the farmhouse and the farmers ghost, but stopped when Pero spoke. He stuttered a bit then said, "I am just around to guard the equipment, which I fear has probably been stolen by now."

She stares aimlessly at Pero, until he finishes speaking.

"Really? You look more like warriors... but whatever you say."

"What was I doing? I was told that someone wanted to make plans to purchase and fund some farmland nearby... guess I was wrong. -shrugs-"

"So uh... might you need any directions to any nearby village? Besides th-th-this one?""

Pero nods in understanding (understanding nothing) and asks, "What was the man saying to you before the broken bottle entered the conversation?"

"H-h-he asked me if I knew anything about some adventurers raiding a keep, I d-d-didn't know what he was talking about. Then h-h-he started to... gee, I guess get crazy. He got all twitchy and jumpy. Then he started s-s-shouting at me... I couldn't understand what h-h-he was saying... then he smashed a broken bottle onto a table... "

Galan interjects, "Did you know this man at all? Had you ever seen him before? Were there any other men with him?" Galan waits for her response and then continues, "Would you like us to escort you home? You've had a rather eventful night."

Pero suspects that she is not telling us the truth. Would it be possible for him to tell from her body language if she is hedging on the truth?

"H-h-huh? No, I've never seen those m-m-men in my life...nor did I ever k-k-know him... huh? I think two other men... may-y-ybe..."

(Pero, upon observing, thinks she might be lying. She;s nervously rubbing her hand together, and looks scared)
