A couple more things. I hope the chief isn't a wizard and remember that we can use a fighting withdrawal to back into a circle around the girl if we are in melee.

I just double-checked the description and it says the girl is chained to the pole so we may have some issues trying to free her - it may not be as simple as just rushing in and cutting her loose. Other than that it sounds good but I will wait for everyone else to chime in before we start moving.
The problem with doing something really stupid to impress people is that they may just be impressed by how stupid you really are.

perhaps the chain is where the key is used?

Hmmm...that could be a possibility.

Push comes to shove, Keiler has a good lockpick. By which I mean big honkin' axe.
Of course, that would rather depend on the girl being chained by whatever is stretching her arms up, as opposed to being wrapped.
Either way, he's going to sling his big axe going up, and go for the handaxe until he needs to establish a proper killzone.

Go with a smile!
Re: Chapter I: Into the keep of Kamir
we could also just chop down the pole and lift the chains over the stub

Neville: Yes, I am okay with any plan. I don't have one (... maybe fire ? too dangerous for the girl)

I definitely agree with holding the high ground.. I'm in chain so I'm not sure how sneaky I'll be but if we can take a few out in surprise then hold the ground around the girl while we free her, I think its our best plan..

(OOC: I am still getting used to which of you is which PC so if you can use your PC's name in posts rather than saying "I" it will help me a lot )

Ok then we want to make sure that Neville gets his backstab so any halfling that can't hide and move quietly should wait until after Neville starts his attack.
Crabus, I was thinking that Pero and the girl ,if she able, could sling oil pots at any gobs that aren't in melee and then throw a torch into the oil. Not sure I want pero in the front line with no armor. Save him for when someone falls, he can step in.
