There we go, up to speed.

On order - I figure we put Keiler for front fighter, maybe with Neville ahead - between the two of us, we should have trapfinding covered. Thaddeus and Pero can shoot over Keiler's head. Well, Thaddeus at least ;)

How's this sound: We go Neville on point, fighters front, clerics rear guard, Pero in the middle with the light? I'm thinking we'll meet more resistance from the front, and the halflings should be able to slip around Pero if we have the need and space. Neville can fall back when it looks like trouble is coming. And shoot over Keiler as well.

----

On an unrelated note, how will you be handling leveling? Will we need to stop and train?

That order sounds good to me, bought a few daggers to hum-chuck to keep myself busy for the first few levels.
For now he can just hold the light and map if need arises.

Indeed.

Edit: Ah, there we are.

So, are we feeling friendly, or are we feeling violent? Keiler would happily wade in and start smashing skulls, but I wanted to see if anyone wanted to take a different approach.

I'm all for wading in and letting my hammer do the talking. They basically did the same to the townsfolk so it's not like this would be completely uncalled for. On the other hand, does anyone know or understand goblin? There appears to be more than just a simple kidnapping going on here so there is a possibility (however small) that we might be able to extract some more information from them. I say we reach a consensus and then go for it. I'm good either way.

I somewhat doubt that these three have much useful to say. Probably low on the totem pole if they're roasting rat in the foyer. But then again you never know. Whatever happens I'd say do it quick and don't let them sound the alarm.

For now we have the element of surprise.
