She leans close to you, and with a wink and a smile she says "I do a little work on the side myself."

As the inn fills up, you hear bits and pieces of the local talk, enough to learn that the local lord Jasan Mallister, has sent sail in the war galley, The Hammer of Seagard, it is said that he intends to hunt down the Red Sails (orcish pirates) who have been sighted in the area. Many fear that he left far to few soldiers to man the castle and defend the town.

A man of God must be careful in his dalliances. Good night ma'am.

I then head to my room after taking in the scene and head to bed.

If all goes well during the night, I will head to the church first thing and see what is needed and of course, get some breakfast.

In the morning, I ask the barkeep if he would know anything about an order of monks on the island.

To Mithos:

You are jolted from sleep by a thundering crack and a blinding flash. You find your window is open, to the night air, but that does little to cover the stench of charred flesh. The sword case is open on the floor, a smoldering corpse beside of it. Two other smallish forms are staggering to their feet near the open window.

If all goes well, ask the barmaids and innkeeper about Karthadon. Location, and anything else they may know.
