Ahrgest & Mendel reach the doorway, and see Mithos engaged in melee combat with two "ratmen". Mithos and one of the "ratmen" are bleeding from wounds already inlicted. A smoldering body rests on the floor near an opened case, a fine looking longsword has spilled from the case.

Iniative, Ahrgest, Mendel, Ratmen and Mithos.

How injured is Mithos? If he appears to be ok, attack a uninjured ratman. If he appears seriously injured attack the one on him.

Mithos, while bleeding, appears to be ok. Taking a swing with your mace, you connect solidly atop the ratmans head, crushing it. (DEAD!)

Take that foul beastie! Attack the nearest rat man.

Seems like they have things under control. Keep a watchful eye out for further possible attacks. Ready with my dagger in case things go south.

The ratman makes a desperate lunge at Mithos, but misses badly, and before he can recover Mithos ends its life with a quick slice from his sword.

All seems quiet for the moment.
