Re: Adventure & supplement templates
Apparently there is more than one way to do it.

Re: Basic Fantasy RPG Core Rules 4th Edition
So I have a vague memory of this, but I might be remembering wrong. Several of the animals brought in from EE had "1d4 HP" for their hit dice value; the current accepted text is "½ (1d4 hit points)" and I've changed all of them this morning. One piece of art away from a Print. Re...

Re: Adventure & supplement templates
In both cases, it's because the document you are copying from already has styles set up. To remedy this, do Paste Special, Unformatted Text. I have never in my life heard of ]Paste Special, Unformatted Text]. I'll have to see if I can figure it out. Some form of "Paste Without Formatting"...

A bit more... common style chains in the Adventure template: MapKeyHeading -> BoxedText -> Text Body MonsterBlock -> HPCheckBoxes -> HPChecksEnd -> Text Body WanderingMonsterBody -> WanderingMonsterEnd -> WanderingMonsterBody -> ... When I paste a bunch of hit point boxes (like from the checkboxer.h...

Re: Adventure & supplement templates
Having used the Mysterious Island template to transcribe a home-made dungeon, I have the following comments: - The text type and size is screwed up if you copy-and-paste text from elsewhere. You have to type it in manually; - If you copy-and-paste text into the outlined boxes, the box disappears; I...
