A small thing and a big thing.

The small thing: I think Natural Armor should have a higher AC than Spiny Growths.

The big thing: I think the the benefits and detriments should be separate tables and you have to roll on both when getting a mutation.

On the whole, this is really great!

The first number tells you how many dice to roll. The last number tells you how many sides the dice have. So 4d6 means roll 4 six-sided dice and add them together.

You should be able to use any old D&D or AD&D adventure with no problem. Just subtract the AC from 20 and you're good to go. If you use an adventure with THAC0, subtract it from 20 to get your bonus to hit.
