Hi New to this forum but not new to roleplaying, I have a question, I noticed that the Basic Fantasy Roleplaying game is a OGL, does this mean I can make games using the BFRG system and then publish them? Does it also mean I can modify the rules to fit a setting? Sorry if this question has been aske...
