Re: AA1 Adventure Anthology One

I fixed the mis-spelling on the 2 maps and put the updated images in the file. The page-count is different from the PDF, not sure if that's from using LibreOffice on the file. If someone else needs to fix the file, I've included the fixed images as well.

Re: Basic Fantasy RPG Core Rules 3rd Edition

I think it would make an interesting supplement; I'll have to peruse my AD&D 1E books this weekend to refresh my memory on it.

I think Anthem and Solo's write-ups for the AC explanation will be a great addition.

Is there a fixed list of items that we need to complete for R78 to be released?

Re: Rangers and Paladins Supplement

While my version does not necessarily address these points you bring up, but perhaps the overall presentation is more palatable for you. It is in the showcase, "Additional Fighting Sub-classes" where one can also find my version of Knights (proto-cavalier), a lightly armed fighter Gladiator (or som...

Re: Beginner's Essentials

Will there be enough of a change to keep two versions around? You're right that the changes are minor, but I still prefer to wait for the finished 3E. The rules are being tweaked, equipment added, and page numbers changed, and even a minor discrepancy might cause a beginner some confusion. I think ...

Re: Beginner's Essentials

I was gonna suggest building off of the current BFRPG standard sheet, since alot of the others are PDF only, but it's a spreadsheet file. Should we just make a new sheet just for the BE within LibreWriter?

Re: Rangers and Paladins Supplement

Ok first thank you for making an effort to make a good class supplement but... my problem with this design is: The Rangers bowmen skills. His skills with bow alone make the Fighter class obsolete. I can just play a Ranger in heavy armor and when I need to conduct range combat I am way better than a...

Re: Basic Fantasy RPG Core Rules 3rd Edition

I agree that while AC is referenced earlier on, the explanation should be in the Equipment section as that's where the AC is actually determined for a character by purchasing armor, shield, etc.

Re: Beginner's Essentials

I guess it should be decided whether it keep this document updated for the upcoming release of 3rd edition, or "fork off" a copy so that there is still a BE for 2nd edition. As far as editing to match the upcoming 3rd edition, there's no need to wait for further changes; the rules are pretty much se...

Re: A Matter of Justice

I can give it a read-through later today. One thing I did notice, should the Author's Note be at the beginning rather than at the end?

Re: Basic Fantasy RPG Core Rules 3rd Edition

Ok no problem, was just wondering.

I edited my suggestion for the page numbers, as the second part didn't have any reference at all.
