Re: Google+

Yeti - no currently it is by invitation only. If you would like one just PM me with your email address and I'll send one your way.

The hangout feature might be a cool way to game online. That would give me an excuse to get a webcam. ;)

Keeping track of time

As a noob (both player and DM) I am having trouble figuring out how to keep track of time passage. Any tips, hints, suggestions? I am playing with my kids so it probably won't be super structured anyways but I'm just wondering how others do it.

Re: New Equipment

That looks great so far. One thing that jumped out at me as I was glancing through it.

Under Chain Weapons you have save vs (???) listed. I would suggest a save vs Paralysis the same as for a Bola on the next page.

One more question. I've seen on several of these sheets that they have an Initiative field. Is that just to record any Initiative modifiers? Because during combat your initiative is always changing is it not?

Re: Character Sheet by Jason Brentlinger

I really like this sheet and the way that it is laid out but being somewhat of a newbie I just have a couple of questions.

In the Ability Scores section what is the Target column for?

Also, why is the Hit Points section split into 2 parts?

Scaling Adventures

This may be a silly question but I was wondering how to go about scaling the adventures. I have never DM'd before but I have played my share of computer rpgs. I would like to get my kids involved and we have tried a couple of times to play Morgansfort but since they are fairly young (12 and 8) they ...
