Re: "The Pit" Adventure Contest Submissions

Here's my submission. I was pressed for time and didn't have a chance to play-test it so it's really rough.

Calculating monster's treasure

Working on my adventure for The Pit contest and just have a quick question.

When generating the treasure a monster has do you multiply the treasure type by the number of monsters? For example, if there are 5 hellhounds in the room, do you generate treasure type C 5 times or only once?

Re: "The Pit" Adventure Contest

I'm hoping to jump in on this too. Just wondering what level(s) others are planning on submitting? It might be good if there are several entries that they're not all for the same level. I was leaning towards Level 4 but that could change depending on what others are planning on.

Re: Map generator and such

That's an awesome site. I love the world builder.

How do you save the maps though?

Battling multiple monsters

I tried searching but couldn't find any posts regarding this. When entering a location such as 4. The Mine in the Gold in the Hills adventure, how do you account for and manage all the monsters in that room? Do you limit how many can attack at once based on reach, if the adventurers are in a doorway...

Re: AA1 Adventure Anthology One

Just downloaded the latest version today and noticed an error in the introduction to Gold in the Hills. The last sentence in the first paragraph, adventures should be adventurers and mother load should be mother lode.

Re: OT Star Wars: The Force Awakens

I thought it was awesome while viewing it (like, I remember sitting in the theater and thinking "omg this is awesome" during one fight scene). After the euphoria wore off, many of the plot lines seemed familiar and had me thinking what was truly original about the story. Still, a great movie. I fel...

Re: Out of Character Chat

This game has been sputtering and flaring for awhile now but the interest and excitement has obviously gone cold. I am officially closing the game and will have Solomoriah archive it shortly. Thanks to all who participated in the game and I will possibly try to start a new game in the new year. Enjo...

Re: Chapter 2:Taking the Offensive

Just as Sanzaru raises his hammer to strike the first blow on the spike, Pebbles comes running into the room and stops him. After checking the trunk for traps and finding none, he sets to the task of picking the lock. It only takes Pebbles a couple of minutes to thwart the lock but unfortunately as ...
