Re: Out of Character Chat

If Grumm had scored a couple hits, I'd have felt better about seeing that fight through.

Re: Chapter 1: The Descent

Grumm - The noise of that fight might draw scavengers. As much as I hate to do it, the prudent thing would be to go upstairs, block the hole and heal up. We're in no condition to delve further right now.

Re: Chapter 1: The Descent

Grumm isn't going to stop them if they want to leave. Once they're gone, I'll help collect Timorel. I for one think we need to scurry up the stairs and then see whether the elf is dead or just severely injured. In either event, we might have to spend some time resting and recuperating before we delv...

Re: Out of Character Chat

Ah - troglodytes, gentlemen. Grumm's going to join Timorel in the floor here in a moment if I don't get lucky next round.

Re: Out of Character Chat

I know what you mean. Lizardmen don't go down easy - this could be a tough one if we don't produce some nice dice rolls ourselves. I suggest we do our best to maneuver ourselves into a line and get Timorel behind it - there's a good chance we're going to need to use that sleep spell sooner rather th...

Re: Chapter 1: The Descent

Since initiating a parlay seems unlikely at this point, I'll do my best to eviscerate my reptilian foe. I'll also be yellow out that we must form a line and, if possible, get Timorel behind it. [And if we don't do some fancy dice rolling ourselves, this just might be the end] Edit - didn't see the p...

Re: Chapter 1: The Descent

If the torches don't spoil it, Grumm will use his darkvision to take a gander down the various corridors without stepping into them.

Re: Out of Character Chat

Halfling - Half-Orc - Elf - Dwarf makes sense to me. Grumm needs both hands for his polearm, so if he's going to carry a torch (and I don't mean for the wench he left behind) he'll have to drop it when trouble starts.
