So, I was rolling up some NPC items, and one of the Fighters got lucky enough to get a magic weapon. I rolled on that table, and ended up with a +1, +3 vs Special Enemy. Okay, roll 1d6 for that table below... And get a 2. So, +3 vs Enchanted. ... Except I can't find reference to any creature being "...

Humans have no real features and are very bad at not dying compared to dwarves and halflings, and the 10% EXP bonus doesn't put them a full level ahead of others of their class until between levels 15 and 16, so... I admit that I'm not particularly accustomed to old-school gaming and its intricacies, but is there a particular reason dwarves and halflings can't be Magic-Users, and why only elves can use combination classes, or is it simply because the (mostly LotR-inspired) tropes don't tend to have magic halfl...
