The monster cards idea makes me think of my son's Pokemon cards when he was into it. I'm sure monster cards will turn out great but I think the spell cards might see more use by everyone, player and gm alike. Exactly my first thought... Metro : The way I see it, The monster cards are on the way and the card generation process for the monster card will be very similar to the Spell Card process so it should not take long before the Spell Cards are done ;)

I have to build the database and test the card generation scripts, but it should go fast enough..

I was thinking about a web page.. when using a database it is an Web Application ! :) I don't know if you know web programming, but I plan to make a layout for the screen and another one for printing.. The App I am thinking about will design the standardize layout for the needed monster and you will be able to print them on to design your card.. Those contain some layout artwork that might be proprietary (I'm unsure of the legality of Magic Set Editor), but figured I would post them just to gives folks an idea how I use them. Teaman, Those cards seems to have the perfect layout it would be pretty easy to generate monster cards on that layout, only need the illustration and monster specs in a Database.
