Re: Anyone tried to play BFRPG on Roll20?

Yea - I've been putting around with it, but no Players (yet). Fun platform, though I've been using Discord for audio chat.

The Basic Fantasy sheet looks very functional, and easy to set up PC tokens (if you want to go that route) with HP and AC, for instance.

Re: Equipment Emporium Supplement

Just received my Lulu copy yesterday - R23, because I ordered it a few days "too early" (doh!). Gave it a read this morning over coffee. Really handy, fun book. I see it as super useful for any general BFRPG play group.

Re: Active Games for Basic Fantasy

I'm giving serious consideration to running some BFRPG on Roll20. Most of my local players aren't much into BFRG, B/X and such. I'm thinking about something on perhaps a weeknight, around 6:30 pm or so pacific time. I've had good luck with Roll20 the last year or so with other systems, and think BFR...

Re: Castle Saviare

This looks hip, Chris. I really like the "Nevermore Campaign" title, and the sidebar about where it came from.

I'm looking forward to seeing it develop (as my copy of IF arrived this past Sunday).

Re: 1st game of BFRPG

Is this game still going? Yes, it's been in hold for a little bit. Holidays and such. It looks like it's going to go a little more post-apoc and weird, though. As it's turned out, I have an alternate fantasy game - also sort of bog standard - running concurrently (different system), so wanted to ch...

Re: Digest formatting for Lulu?

Brian, if you're with us, you don't have to worry about the "for my own fun" bit. You, too, can get your name in the credits of an official Basic Fantasy Project production. :D Sweet - I'd be happy to help. Just in plunking around on my own ... I had wanted to make sure I didn't inaccurat...

Re: Digest formatting for Lulu?

Ha! The version I started working on (for my personal fun only), and my thinking, would be only the player-facing part.

Re: Digest formatting for Lulu?

My interest in a digest format is less to do with any viability - and I get the work involved - and more just an interest in having a compatibly sized version to go with my other digest OSR stuff.

Because I'm like that.
