Re: Field Guide Omnibus
I'd like to suggest we drop the Beebear and the Gummy Bear that Dimi just re-wrote as we lack original author permissions, the gummy bear can jump, but otherwise is a pretty normal bear, and the beebear is a slow flying bear with a stinger... Although I like my take on those monsters (the gummy bea...

Re: Field Guide Omnibus
I could see a scenario where the beebears reproduce by stinging, but that would mean that almost every one is a transmuted individual, that feel more in line for a more horror creature as it resembles to vampires, zombies, etc... ps OUCH that Gummy Bear stomp! The original monster had a 2 damage poi...

Re: Field Guide Omnibus
I've edited the Gummy Bear stats to fit with the current format and changed the stomp damage to have a higher minimum, and corrected a little the text. For the Beebear... I'm changing it beyond the failed polymorph backstory. Beebear Armor Class: 16 Hit Dice: 7* No. of Attacks: 2 claws + poison, 1 b...

Re: Basic Fantasy Foundation, or...?
Art licenses are a good question, one I haven't thought about. Maybe we (the artists) could send you a message stating that in case of other person becoming the new holder of the game rights we allowed transfer of the same art license to them. If you trust them to take care of your game, I'm sure w...

Re: Field Guide Omnibus
It could, the monster has a Backstory that should be dropped, and maybe some part tweaked, specially its hoard. Its a Dracolich so if the name can be used, it should, using the name of other undead creature may feel out of place. Dragons are divided by terrain, should a Dracolich keep this division?...

Re: Field Guide Omnibus
well at the moment the only Monster in the Omnibus will be the one now called Baroxius Wondrous Automaton Has "Drax'xion, The First Death Dragon" its name changed? I've always been on the fence with this one, it really is a unique monster with a very specific title, I always felt it shoul...

Re: What defines an "adventure"?
It's really up to the GM, an adventure's ending may be taken as after the "objective" has been achieve (or failed). The objective tends to be the center of the adventure, the current end goal that the game revolves around. Some GM may give XP right after the conclusion, while others may ho...
