How rare will magic be in such a setting? Will PC's be able to be MU's and clerics right out of the box?

Clerics might be more like shamans?

On the small side for kobolds, but they are of course more fairy-like in build... slender, with pointy elbows and knees, rather than relatively muscular for their size as with kobolds. Plus, BFRPG is broadly compatible with any OSR games. If you use descending AC, just do 20-BFRPG's AC. And if you are using modules from certain later editions, just do 5XHit Dice for hit points. There's some HP bloat in later games. Go BFRPG for all your OSR needs! You can't beat free and dirt chea...

I made this awhile ago and posted it on other socials, but this is a monster based on Teletubbies. Mesmerbelly ... I thought I was clever recognizing the source material, but then I saw you clearly said "Teletubbies" at the beginning. Guess a little shot of humility is good for us all.
