Matt's primer is good, but the fact that it spends so much time talking about how the old and new schools are different is a turn-off for me. My primer spends substantially less time on that subject.

We need a lot of individual consents to do the Field Guides as they were. I think creating a combined book is the smart thing here.

If you create a book where you are the primary author, you choose the English spelling standard for your book. But Oxford commas are still a hard and fast rule... :D If a book is a compilation, I usually decide by who the primary editor is. So if you want to use Canadian spelling customs in your boo...
