Lulu adds restrictions to how I can update the books when they are enabled for "global distribution," which is what gets them into Amazon's catalog.

Actually, as I read it that's just for ebooks anyway.

do you use the offline Kindle Previewer? I find the reports that gives helps to make sense out of the automated rejections the Amazooon seem to do at random I don't run Windows or Mac. Chat techs are better because they can't sign off until I let them; email support people don't read the whole message and often answer the wrong question (not the one I actually asked). Rejected two more times. KDP email support is failing me; if they don't fix it this time, I'll do chat or phone support tomorrow.
