Re: The Baroness of Blood

Well, I had two dungeons for the module done and my external hard drive that had my files on it broke so now I need to remake them. This time I'll be making multiple saves now (one on my computer and one on my hard drive) for the duration of the project I do believe. On the plus side once my first d...

Re: BFRPG users by State and Country

I’m joining the U.S. Peace Corps so, as of August 14, I will no longer be living in the U.S. Instead, for the first 2-3 months I’ll be in Windhoek Namibia , and after that I’ll be at some presently undisclosed location in Namibia (which I’ll share as soon as I know ) For those that are curious...

Re: The Baroness of Blood

Oh boy, I'm rereading my pdfs I posted up a bit ago and woosh! Lots of small errors and even a paragraph that just ends abruptly mid-sentence. Eep.

I'm away from my computer but will be updating these ASAP when I get home.

Re: Module ideas

Alright, still hard at work with The Baroness of Blood and I have 2 pdfs to share. These are "alpha stage" to the letter, nothing is set in stone but I hope that people both enjoy what is in them (though neither is complete) and also willing to critique and offer ideas/suggestions. The first PDF wil...

Re: Module ideas

Tweaked the map, edited the rivers and a few other areas and hopefully it's a little easier to read. I want stylized text for it to make it, well, cool looking. Now, I don't want the hex map to be the finalized map, just a good basis for the overall adventuring site and I hope that soon I can get so...

Re: Module ideas

Alright, been working and grooving on monster stats and the setting map. Going to be working on characters for the setting, random encounter tables and then maps of the main dungeon areas and such. Does this map look fine? I have 0 artistic talent when it comes to drawing so I'm using Hexographer ri...

Re: Best beginner Module/Dungeon/Adventure?

1 - The Chaotic Caves or Morgansfort

2 - While not OSR specific I am rather fond of a large number of the One Page Dungeons, but OSR specific, I would say Rappan Athuk, Tower of the Stargazer and World of the Lost.

Hope that helps.

Re: Module ideas

Alright, I have location names and even a simple map drawn up. Nothing more than that really but I'm focusing on a village, a small town, the castle of the Baroness and 5 locations around these main spots. Going to have 3 "main" quests (get McGuffins 1 & 2, find the hidden path, defeat the Baroness)...
