The line "Cestus / spiked gauntlet"
shouldn't those two words be capitalized to match the other entries?

Yes. I've been working on an online field guide. I even made a thread about it, although no one much seems to have bothered reading it. It takes me awhile since I'm vision impaired. But, what with the new 4e SRD, doesn't seem to be much use in continuing the project.
