Has anyone done starting ages for non-human characters?

I came up with a chart of my own but didn't know if anyone already did one.

Is there anywhere in the books on how to calculate Armor Class and what base armor class is?

I took the existing Morgansfort area map and colorized it for printing or online play.

1 is colored with bright colors similar to Harn.
1 is colored in the style of the original Greyhawk map
and the last as an old time map.

I used the freeware graphics program GIMP to color the map.
