Ranald moves up to the door at I1 and listens. (Presumably he will hear Faylen enter the room on the other side.)

"Door is spiked! Waste of a good spike if you ask me. Not that any one ever does! Bagah!"

Hengist holds at the junction at H6. He takes a good look down towards the daylight to make sure there is no one outside.

Rowan stands in front of the secret door, ready to impale any kobold who might show.
Faylen then tries to open the door carefully.

Bothan readies its pike near the secret door too, Alphonse getting behind him ready to cast his spell if needed.

Faylen opened the secret door just in time to see the far right-hand door closing...

Faylen shakes her head: "They are trying to lure us further in."
She makes room for the fighters to enter first, assuming they are still eager.
Rowan carefully moves into the room and to the door that was just closed.

Bothan will follow him, but Alphonse will stay in the room he's in right now.

The dwarf will attempt to remove the spikes from the door at I1, which someone placed there earlier, so he can enter the room from that direction.

Hengist is still on guard at H6. He will tell the others to move into the room and he will follow up behind.

OOC: If the action I posted for Faylen and Rowan still stands, I believe only Neirin and Tertullian are still missing. I'll take over, then.

Tertullian stays with Alphonse in the back.
This is a damp and dismal place. Remind me again what we are doing here.

Neirin has grown impatient and follows Bothan into the room behind the secret door, grumbling.
Leave it to the big people to make things more complicated than they are...

Faylen stepped back and motioned for the fighters to move in. Rowan obliged, moving cautiously across the room to the door which had just closed, with Bothan and Neirin close behind.

Ranald heard his friend's voices through the spiked door, and began prying at the spikes to remove them, but they seemed to have been hammered rather well into place; he knew removing them would take a bit of time.

Alphonse and Tertullian held their position; Hengist waited for the others to pass by him, so that he could follow them, and so found himself looking back at the magic-user and the cleric, who stood staring dumbly at him.

Hengist waits for them to move past him at H6, but they hold their position at D6... stalemate.

Oh, we are expected to move on.
Tertullian finally gets the clue but only moves at a leisurely pace past Hengist.

Neirin positions himself at J1, behind the fighters, sling at the ready.
