The boy accepts the gift with a smile and runs from the suite the CoS occupies.

Rykken and Quistine down in the bar see the boy run down the stairs and into the kitchen area clutching an empty back pack. Looking to Durnan the barkeep just shrugs and smiles a little. A few minutes later the boy heads out of the kitchen with the same pack strapped to his back and stretched full of food. A dagger in one hand and a piece of bread in the other he heads out into the night with a determined smile on his face. Durnan smiles at Rykken. Looks like you have new eyes on the street. He's a good boy but his family is poor. Help him if you can mage..... his network of information runs deeper than yours.

"Much appreciated, Durnan. We will do what we can for the boy and his family."

Rykken nods a greeting to Kallas and then heads back upstairs.

Once all together back up stairs Rykken confirms the boys story to the others.
