Okay, R107 is live on Lulu.com now, and has been submitted for review on CreateSpace.com.

Ah then it's just the PDF on here that would need updating.Solomoriah wrote:I'm pushing R107 to Lulu and CreateSpace now. The covers for R104 should have the correct copyright dates; all my R104 copies are in the hands of one of my players right now (he's taking them to a convention for me) so I can't look. I'll double-check before activating them.

Uploading a new copy now. I've renamed it slightly, so your link will be broken.

Re: Basic Fantasy RPG Core Rules 3rd Edition
The rule for Halfling armor weighing 1/4 the default is on page 36. Isn't this something that should be addressed earlier (or at least in the Beginner's Guide)? Otherwise it seems like a Halfling Fighter wearing plate is already carrying a heavy load.

Not sure if a small note should be added to the Halfling entry or not. I personally can't see a halfling (or dwarf) wearing plate, just seems too comical trying to move around...

Not sure why you'd think that...

It just seems easy to miss, since someone would be calculating weight earlier then come to the table later in the book, then have to alter that.Solomoriah wrote:Not sure why you'd think that...

Sorry, Turtleman, I was replying to Chi's comment, not yours.
Your comment has merit, I just don't see it happening soon; the rules are stable right now, we just did a point release, and I'm not inclined to make more changes right away.

Not sure where else to ask this, but given it's a creature from the corebook I'd guess this is as good of a place as any.
I'm wondering what exactly makes a Bone Golem immune to normal weapons? It's denoted as such with the "‡" symbol next to it's hit dice, yet it's not specified what makes it so immune in it's monster description.
Is it just being a golem that gives it normal weapon immunity?
