Played a bit with this sheet from the downloads page to suit my own personal needs. Just sharing. Admins: Please feel free to delete if this is not permitted.

Absolutely permitted; however, I'd ask that you rename the file when you modify it, so it does not still claim to be "standard." Thanks!

I have reloaded the file, taking out the "Standard" wording.
