Hi. I'm a little late to the party, but it seems that Nam's version of checkbox sheet isn't on downloads page. Maybe it could be put there? I think it would be easier to find for new users.

I hadn't done it mainly because I wasn't sure how it was superior to Jason's, and I don't know how many checkbox sheet variants we really need.

In other words, sell me on it.

Well, there's a space to write the monster name cleanly.

First, as Seven said, there's a space for monster names. Second, I like how it's organized in separated and numbered columns. I, for instance, find it easy to write and check HP of both individual enemies as well as groups.

Lastly, it's an alternative. I'm sure that a fair number of people would prefer the Jason's original version. Some, like me, will prefer the other one. We have quite an amount of character sheets - different styles for different wants and needs - why wouldn't we have an extra checkbox sheet?

Thanks for listening :)

Well said, both of you.

Honestly, I mainly did not share it because it's in color, with partially colored backgrounds. Long experience has taught me that those are the forms that get the most complaints. But you have made your case, so it will be added.
