AA2 Adventure Anthology 2

Post by Solomoriah »

With the print release of AA1 finally in sight, I think it's time to open the floor for contributions for Adventure Anthology 2. Have a short adventure, a small dungeon, a smidgen of wilderness? Send your submissions directly to me if you want at solomoriah@basicfantasy.org and I'll get started assembling them.

This time, instead of having them all as separate modules, I'm going to build AA2 as a single unit from the start. It should shorten the time it takes us to get it into print condition. If I get an adventure that I feel needs substantial work before it's ready to include, I'll post them in the Workshop so the needed TLC can be applied.

Go ahead and throw 'em at me... I've got my catcher's mitt on!

Chris.. Lets go ahead and submit 'A Matter of Justice' to AA2. When I get around to it, I've got a fairly good sized adventure that we can add to DC1 to get it to printable state.

Thanks, Dave. You'll note I've uploaded the very first release of AA2 to this thread, in the first post. Congratulations on being first!

We may need to work on the intro, since it assumes things related to a previous adventure, but I'm sure we can get it worked out... after all, this is probably a Christmas 2015 release at best, so there's time.

AA mini-modules are usually 3 to 8 pages. A full-on adventure module would usually be 20-30 pages; to get into print, I need a multimodule or an adventure series that runs 60 or more pages. The slightly-over-80 page AA1 is a real good size for print.

Thanks.

Do you know if the name "Threy" is copyrighted?

Apparently it's an actual name, according to Google, and also an archaic spelling of "three." Should be safe.

Okay. With that in mind, "The Tomb of Threy" draft should be out tomorrow evening.
